He has over 50 published papers and book chapters, 10 issued patents, and has co-founded several companies. He received his B.S. degree from UW-Milwaukee, his PhD from UW-Madison (1990), He also has a MBA and JD degrees from Marquette.
Suzanne (Suzy) Siegle, J.D. She earned her bachelor's degree at The University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law, and is currently finishing her doctorate in higher education leadership and management.
Angie Belz, M.S. Assistant Professor, Director of Ed. She started teaching in 2007 for the accelerated, traditional, MBA, and OLA programs. She has a B.A. in Business Administration, a M.S. in Student Personnel Administration from CUW, and is currently working on her Ph.D.
Joey-Lynn Bialkowski MBA Director for the SEB and HEM Joey.Bialkowski@cuw.edu 262-243-7379 Professor Bialkowski holds a Bachelors in Sport Management from Brock University in Ontario Canada, a MBA in Sport Administration from Canisius College in Buffalo New York, and is currently completing her doctoral degree in Leadership Administration from Concordia University Chicago in Chicago Illinois. Professor Bialkowski has procured experiential learning opportunities and partnerships.
Bart Brock, MBA, PhD, CPA Associate Professor of Business 262-243-4229 Bart.Brock@cuw.edu Dr. Bart Brock joined CUW in Fall 2016. Throughout his 20+ year career in industry prior to joining the university, Dr. Brock served in CFO and COO positions for more than a decade with the First Alert® and Coleman® companies, and has extensive experience managing complex organizations throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and organizational turnarounds.
Carrie Buri, Ed. D M.B.A. Program Director Assistant Professor, International Business, HR Carrie.Buri@cuw.edu 262-243-4287 Professor Buri has a Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Edgewood College, a M.S. in Education Counseling, a M.B.A. Degree in Marketing, and a B.A. in Management and Communications, with a Minor in Cultural Studies from CUW. Her doctoral dissertation focused on the effectiveness of online course management systems as a supplement to classroom instruction.
Daniel T Chlebos, M.S. His work includes special assignments with the FBI and U. S. Secret Service. Dan is also state certified in firefighting and EMS. His undergraduate degree is from CUAA, Masters degree from U. of Wis.-Platteville.
Kenneth Harris, Jr. PhD JPP Program Director, OLA Program Director Kenneth.Harris@cuw.edu He holds two Bachelor degrees in Mass Communication and Management of Criminal Justice from Illinois State University and CUW, respectively. Also, he holds a M.B.A. from CUW, with concentrations in Finance and Risk Management, and a PhD in Leadership Studies from Marian University. Is April 2016, he began his 24th and last year in law enforcement and is a Lieutenant with the Milwaukee Police Department.
Erik Hollander, MBA Assistant Professor of Business Director of Strategic Growth and Business Development firstname.lastname@example.org (262) 243-4482 Erik has been an adjunct professor in the MBA program. He has a strong background in healthcare. This work has included medical billing, electronic medical record implementation, and grant writing to name a few. Erik graduated from CUW in 2011 with an MBA in Healthcare Administration after graduating from Cardinal Stritch University in 2009.

She also teaches Contemporary Leadership in the HEM and SEB program. Lisa earned her bachelor and master degrees from Eastern Michigan University in Education and School Leadership & Counseling. She is passionate about helping students gain meaningful internships.
Matt Mac Kelly, J.D. Assistant Professor Business and Justice & Public Policy Director of CU’s Paralegal Certificate Program Matthew.MacKelly@cuw.edu 262-243-4247 Dr. Mac Kelly attended North Dakota State and earned his Juris Doctor at Marquette University Law School. Before teaching full-time at CU, he practiced law in Milwaukee. Dr. Mac Kelly serves the university as a member of CU’s Committee for Scholarship Integrity. He is also in the process of earning his Ed.D. from Regents.
Gary Masse, PhD Assistant Professor of Pharmacy, Sustainability, and Statistics Gary.Masse@cuw.edu 262-243-4229 Dr. Masse received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Windsor (Ontario), and has more than 35 years’ of diverse experience working in the private sector, including R&D, Business Development, Marketing, Manufacturing, Process Transfer and Sustainability. He joined Concordia University in 2015 as an Associate Professor, and teaches in the Schools of Business and Pharmacy
Van Mobley, Ph.D. Associate Professor of Economics and History Economic Crises Van.firstname.lastname@example.org 262-243-4502 Van Mobley earned his BA from Vanderbilt University, his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has been a fellow at the United States Military Academy. Outside academia he has held/holds positions in finance, industry, and local government.

In a variety of business settings, her work experience ranges from a Global Project Manager to an operations, internal, or senior Auditor. She began her teaching career in 2013 in Ann Arbor. After one year, she moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to her family.

Timothy S. Scheppa, ASA Assistant Professor of Business Director of Actuarial Science Tim.Scheppa@cuw.edu 262.243.4225 Professor Scheppa joined CUW after a seven-year career at three of the world’s largest insurance organizations. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a former member of The American Academy of Actuaries. He has a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.S. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Tom Scholz, CFA, CPA Assistant Professor Finance, Economics Thomas.Scholz@cuw.edu Prior to joining Concordia, Tom taught as an adjunct lecturer at UWM, MSOE, and George Washington University. Tom worked for nineteen years in the investment industry in research, analytics, and accounting at Cleary Gull, Harris Associates, Goldman Sachs (London), and AEFA. Tom earned his BBA in finance and accounting from UW-Madison and his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Prior to her role as an academic advisor she was the Director of Recruiting for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, worked as an assistant basketball coach for Carroll and Milwaukee Universities and has been self-employed for 24 years as a sales trainer.
